Technical Details: 

The wire is drawn from the Coil Pay-Off stand through one set of feeding Rollers and High Speed rotating spinner. The spinner is powered through 20 Hp motor. The wire from the coil which is to be straightened passes through one set of killing rollers. The killing rollers are provided for pre straightening of wire. The rotating spinner is equipped with five numbers of quickly and easily adjustable dies.

The dies can be adjusted as required to straighten the wire to the desired accuracy. The rotating spinner is designed to straight mild steel wire (plain or ribbed). While the cutting is done the upper feeding rollers both front and rear are lifted up with the help of the hydraulic cylinder and the cutting takes place. The cutter is also seperated with the help of the powerful hydraulic cylinder with a pressure range of 100-150 bars.

The length of wire to be straightened and cut can be adjusted as desired on the scaling bar. The straightened and cut-to-length wires are collected on the wire collector. The counter provided on the machine control can be set for desired no. of wires to be straightened and cut. On reaching this number the wire collector operates automatically. The collected wires are then transferred to the lower wire collector (done automatically as the pneumatic cylinder operates the wire collector) for binding and upper wire collector is ready to receive next lot of the straightened wires.

• The spiner motor has electromagnet bakes which bring the spinner to a complete stop in just 3 seconds.
• The machine looks more impressive as nothing is kept open
• The base frame of air compressor, control and hydraulic power pack is made of mild steel channel. It will not break at loading and off loading. So the thing are completely intact.
