- Straightening Mechanism : Two base of rollers plates, one in horizontal position and the other in vertical position.
- Each base plate contains 11 rollers. All the top 6 rollers are adjustable & all lower rollers are fixed except the last lower roller. All rollers are made of high speed steel (H.S.S.)
- Feeding : By four feeding discs two upper and two lower ,each Lower disc powered by 15 kw servo.
- Cutting : Hydraulically operated cutter.
Our exclusive range of Mech Cut Super machines is designed for facilitating high productivity and unmatched performance. Fitted with five hydraulic motors, these machines are a nice example of hydraulic operation. It is through these motors that the wire feeding is done (one on pay - off and other four on main machines). The two rollers are mounted on two base plates and the wire is passed through them.
The scaling bar is 13 meters long and we are capable of cutting wire up to 12 meters length. Some of the main features of the machine are as follows:

- Fully automatic PLC panel is also provided with all safety features for running the machine
- A 100 kW power pack (1500 Ltrs) is provided for cutting and for all hydraulic operations
- Four synchronized hydraulic motors for pulling wire
- The discs are designed for pulling wire dia from 4 mm to 12 mm
- A cutting is done with the help of cutter operated hydraulically
- At the time of cutting the wire feeding will stop and the cutting will be done hence we can get more accuracy in cutting and the cutting tolerance is +/- 5 mm
- After straightening, wire can be cut to any length up to 12 meters
- The machine has rigid construction and requires very less maintenance as there is no friction between the wire and the rollers Pay - off is designed for loading 2 tons of coil on each reel and two reels are provided on each pay - off
